Pet Med Express, Veterinary Profession Aim To Calm Controversy

Veterinarians and veterinary professionals at the NAVC Conference 2012 let their voices be heard during a panel discussion with representatives of Pet Med Express.

“You’re negative in your portrayal of the profession,” Dr. Ernest Ward said.

“You are giving clients false sense of security and directly harming our patients,” Dr. Doralee Donaldson stated.

Outgoing NAVC President Reflects On Year Full of 'Fun, Excitement, and Opportunities'

Fun, excitement, and opportunities. That’s how Dr. Laurel Kaddatz described his year as NAVC President.

“We are really focusing on organizational structure and strategic positioning to help us go to the next level,” he said.

NAVC is off to a great start.  Of the nearly 16,000 people that attended the conference, more than 6,000 were veterinarians, more than ever before. More than 1,400 veterinary technicians were also in attendance.

NAVC Conference 2012 Daily Prize Giveaway Contest Winners

The NAVC Conference 2012 gave you the chance to win big! Paid registrants could enter the Daily Prize Giveaway Contest from 9:15-9:55 AM Sunday-Wednesday during the first coffee break.

The Daily Prize Giveaway offered four chances to win, with a new prize being given away Sunday-Wednesday. There were two Daily Prize Giveaway winners each day, one from the Marriott Exhibit Hall and one from the Gaylord Exhibit Hall.
