Delta Air Lines

Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com or by calling our Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111. Please note that a Direct Ticketing Charge will apply for booking by phone. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code link and enter your Meeting ID in the box provided on the Search Flight page. Meeting ID COMING SOON.

To use the Delta discount, once on the Delta website:

1. Click on the "Book a Trip" tab and fill in your travel dates, cities etc.

2. Click "Meeting Event Discount" in the lower right corner. This will take you to the next page where you must enter the Meeting ID (COMING SOON) in the appropriate box, then click "Find Flights".

3. Next choose flights and proceed to purchase, the airfare quoted will include the appropriate discount. Most airfares are discountable however the base airfare (without tax) must be less than $125.00 each way to be further discounted.

United Airlines

Call your professional travel agency or United Meetings at 800-426-1122 and provide the Z Code and Agreement Code COMING SOON. There will be a $25 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through United Meetings Reservations. This fee is subject to change without notice. The service fee is nonrefundable and applies to all itineraries, one-way or round-trip.

To avoid a service fee and receive an additional 3% discount*, book your reservations online at www.united.com. Enter both your Z-code and Agreement code (without a space) in the Offer Code Box. *Additional 3% discount applies to published fares only.

Airport Transportation

Mears Motor Shuttle provides a convenient and affordable transfer between Orlando International airport and NAVC hotels. There are also taxicabs available. MEARS COUPON COMING SOON!

NAVC Conference Shuttle Service  Sponsored by Merial

Complimentary Conference Shuttle Bus service is available to Registrants for access to all official NAVC Conference hotels. Registrants may also opt to park at the NAVC overflow parking lot and take the Conference shuttle to the host hotels.

Parking at the host hotels is extremely limited and costly. Overflow parking will be available at a nearby location.
