NAVC Conference 2012

The NAVC Conference set a new attendance record for veterinarians its 2012 conference. More than 6,000 veterinarians and more than 1,400 veterinarian technicians attended the conference in Orlando, Florida.

Nearly 900 students from veterinary schools across the world were also in attendance.

"Students say to me, 'It's not just a conference, it's a lifelong experience," outgoing NAVC President Dr. Laurel Kaddatz.

Nearly 4,000 exhibitors also participated, setting up booths at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center and the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and Convention Center.

Final attendance numbers will be announced at a later date.

As the first veterinary conference of the calendar year, NAVC is where the most current medical and product advances are released first.
