The NAVC Conference has negotiated with hotels that are convenient to the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center and the Orlando World Center Marriott, securing the best possible rates for our Conference.
PLEASE NOTE: It has been brought to NAVC's attention that hotel "pirates" are contacting our exhibitors and attempting to sell them hotel rooms. These companies are posing as NAVC, are in no way associated or authorized by NAVC, and the hotels they offer may or may not be official NAVC hotels on the NAVC shuttle bus route. In addition, the restrictions on the hotel booking such as cancellation date and refund policy are much less restrictive than the NAVC policies that have been contracted. If you are contacted by one of these companies and wish to help us please ask for a company name and phone number and notify the NAVC office. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Housing Deadline
Requests must be received no later than December 14, 2011, to guarantee Conference rates. Rooms at specially negotiated rates are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please make sure you receive a confirmation from your hotel and take a moment to verify the dates of your check-in and check-out are correct.
Hotel Requests
Hotels will do their best to honor all requests; specific rooms are assigned upon check-in, based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours (unless otherwise mentioned above) prior to arrival, to avoid a one night's charge.
No Show Fee
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your expected check-in date, the first night's charge will be charged to your credit card on the night of your expected arrival and your entire reservation will be canceled as a no show.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee may apply at some hotels. Please inquire directly with your hotel and change your reservation in advance should you know that you will be departing earlier than the date on your confirmation to avoid this charge.
